Required Ingredients: Chinese Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
- 4 cups Steamed Rice
- 1 Cup Fresh Peas
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Capsicums (chopped)
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 8 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Chicken Powder
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 8 Green Onions (finely chopped)
- Olive Oil or Butter (as required)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
- First of all, boil the chicken pieces and cut it into very thin slices.
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl, and add salt and green onions in it.
- Now take oil in a frying pan and heat it.
- Fry the mushrooms in the oil for just one or two minutes.
- Add chicken and cook until done.
- Add dark soya sauce, beaten eggs and chicken powder and continue cooking.
- Add light soya sauce, black pepper and finally the rice.
- Steam it for about 5 minutes.
- Your “Chinese Fried Rice” is ready. Put it in a dish, garnish with salad and serve hot.
